We offer footwear development, manufacturing, prototypes, tech packs, private label production, and 3D printing. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit https://www.shoemakers-int.com (the "Site"), contact us, book a consultation, call us, or receive text messages from us.

We collect information you give us directly, including:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, and any files you upload, such as sketches, design files, tech packs, images, or reference materials.
- Consultation bookings: when you schedule a consultation through Calendly, we receive your name, email address, phone number if provided, the date and time you select, and any answers you give to booking questions.
- Phone calls: your phone number, caller ID information, the date, time, and length of the call, and what you tell us during the call. Calls may be recorded and transcribed as described below.
- Text messages: your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in consent, and the content of messages you send to us.
- Business communications: information in emails and other messages you send us, including quotes, orders, and project correspondence.
We also collect some information automatically when you use the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
AI Receptionist and Call Recording
Our phone line may be answered by "Eva," an AI receptionist. Eva is an artificial intelligence system, not a human, and is powered by Retell AI. Eva can answer common questions, collect your contact details and project information, and help you book a consultation.
When you call us:
- Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, record-keeping, and to follow up on your request.
- Recordings, transcripts, and call summaries are processed and stored by Retell AI and its service providers on our behalf.
- By continuing the call after the AI and recording disclosure, you consent to the call being recorded and transcribed and to interacting with an AI system.
- If you do not want to speak with an AI receptionist or be recorded, you may end the call and contact us through the contact form on the Site instead, or ask to leave a message for a team member.
SMS and Text Messaging
If you give us your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, for example by checking an SMS consent box on a form, texting us first, or giving verbal consent during a call, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, consultation booking links and reminders, appointment confirmations, project and order updates, and customer service follow-ups.
- Consent: We send text messages only to people who have opted in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages unless you opt in again.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us using the details at the end of this policy.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
